Superior three bedrooms apartment

Luxury apartment, fully equipped and excellently located in the L'Eixample district, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. It is elegant and comfortable, ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends.

This spacious and bright apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and an iron for clothes. It also offers air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

The apartment has minibar products available for an additional fee based on consumption.

Furthermore, the building offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

House rules:

  • Tourist tax not included in the price. €6.88 per adult per night.

  • Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting Oct 1st, 2025.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Nice location, friendly hosts with great communication. Roomy, clean and well maintained apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our two grown sons. Would stay there again when in town!

El apartamento estaba impecable, súper limpio, moderno y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta en Barcelona.La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrica y bien comunicada, lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad por la ciudad. Además, la tranquilidad y el confort del alojamiento hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We had an excellent stay for 3 nights at BCN 41. Check-in was so friendly and easy. The owners-managers went out of their way and did above and beyond what they had to. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended to anyone and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals! This was exceptional.

Mariana and Ramon’s apartment is located in a very central area of Barcelona. It was a short cab ride or walk away from most tourist attractions. The apartment itself was clean and extremely spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment wasn’t noisy at all. A grocery store is located within a 5 min walk from the apartment. I would stay here again without hesitation.
