Are all the apartments located in the same building?
Yes, all the apartments are located in Carrer de Casp 41.
Is it possible to have a late check in?
Yes, it is possible to offer self-check-in for arrivals after 18:00.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Unfortunately, our establishment is not equipped to accommodate pets.
Is luggage storage service available?
We can store luggage in the building from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For bank holidays and weekends, please inquire in advance about the schedule.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Non-refundable rates do not allow free cancellation. Refundable rates can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
Do you offer daily housekeeping/cleanings?
It is possible to offer daily cleaning for an additional fee of €45 per cleaning session. For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning service that includes towel and sheet changes.
Do the apartments have balconies or terraces?
Depending on the apartment type, it can be a small balcony or a terrace. Please check the description of each apartment for more information.
Is there WiFi access in the apartments?
Yes, there is free WiFi in the apartments.
Can I request an additional bed or a crib for children?
Yes, it is possible to request an extra bed for an additional charge of €40 per night. The crib service is free of charge. For both requests, it is necessary to check availability and reserve in advance.
How can I get to the apartment from the airport or train station?
In our "How to Get Here?" section, you can see all the transportation options available to reach our establishment. If you need assistance in booking a transfer service, do not hesitate to contact us.
Are there any activities or sightseeing tours available?
Yes, in collaboration with Barcelona Turisme, we offer various tours that you can book at our establishment. For more information, please contact us.
Do you have clothes washer in the apartment?
Yes, all of our apartments have a washer/dryer machine.
Is there a restaurant or food service available at the property?
No, our establishment does not offer meal service. However, our location is ideal, and you can find several options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner just a few steps away.
Is there a lift in the building?
Yes, for the convenience of our guests, there is an elevator in the building.
Is parking available? What is the cost?
Yes, we have parking available in the building, the price is €20 per night. It must be reserved in advance.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00h and check-out is until 11:30h
