House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

This is by far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!! Mariana checked us in and gave us the information we needed to have an amazing stay. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which is extremely spacious, the beds were super comfortable and a bonus was having a large terrace. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Barcelona. I honestly didn’t want to leave!
