House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Everything about this location was wonderful. In the heart of the city and the staff made everything extremely easy for us from booking taxis to and from the airport to ensuring there was a bassinet for our baby. We had a truly great time in Barcelona and this stay was a big part of it.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location was great, you can walk pretty much anywhere you’d like I’m about 20 minutes. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Highly recommend.

Large, comfortable apartment on nice street about 10 minutes walk from the gothic area. Really good value for money and large space - perfect for a family of four so that each kid got their own room. Very quiet (windows face interior parking lot vs street). Air conditioning works well too. The cafe on the ground floor serves yummy pastries and great coffee.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l’appartement de Mariana et Ramon. Il est très spacieux, la literie est confortable et la terrasse est vraiment agréable. L’appartement est globalement très silencieux pour Barcelone. À noter qu’il y’a plusieurs coins isolés avec table/bureaux pour télétravailler et le wifi fonctionne bien. Le quartier est bien situé avec plusieurs arrêts de métro ou bus à proximité. Il n’est pas loin du parc de la ciutadella et du quartier gothique. Le secteur foisonne de restaurants. La climatisation est un peu ancienne et bruyante mais elle fonctionne bien au moins. Nous reviendrons c’est certain.
