House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

This was a fantastic place for our family to stay. Mariana was a wonderful & welcoming host & gave us a thorough overview of the apartment & area. Great location and nice common areas with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well equipped. The only minor issue we had was that we were unsuccessful in getting the dryer to work so everything was air-dried.

The condo was perfect place to stay in Barcelona. Beds, bathrooms nd kitchen were moderen and clean. Nice patio and very quiet. It is close enough to everything to walk to ( Gothic area, church, market and restaurants) but away from the crowds and noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent the last 2 nights of our trip in Spain here and wow, excellent place for the 5 of us! 3 bedrooms, soaring ceilings, huge terrace, large/clean bathrooms and living area. Wish we had stayed here earlier! Its easy to get around and walk to the sites/Gothic Quarter. It is a 25 min walk to the port/beaches but that was not a big deal. Smooth check in process with Joanna! I'd stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

We had a fantastic time at the apartment. Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shops. A beautiful walkable city. Management is lovely and extremely helpful and responsive. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We were a party of 6 staying for one night on our way back from Andorra. I wish it could have been longer. The apartment was wonderfully spacious with everything one could require for a city break. Particularly, it was really central but wonderfully quiet and private. I could not recommend it more.

We loved the location for flexibility between Las Ramblas and Sagrada Familia. The coffee houses and restaurants that were steps away were wonderful. We met others in the building who also raved about their apartments. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to refrigerate and heat our treats from La Boqueria. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look you up when we come back to Barcelona.

Our family stayed with BCN Apartments 41 on our recent trip to Barcelona. The apartment we had suited our needs perfectly. The location was amazing. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed from the dishes, glassware and cutlery to the coffee machine and dishwasher. Our family group consisted of 6 adults so we loved all the space the apartment provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace! Everything was handled very efficiently from the booking process through to our arrival. Our host greeted us and was very helpful. We really appreciated his excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. Our stay in Barcelona with BCN Apartments 41 could not have been any better. Thank you so much!

Excellent property and location, would recommend it to any future guest looking for a property to stay in. The hosts were great, very accommodating and helpful. One bad hit, the washer/dryer was disappointing. The all in one unit did not work well for the dryer function (Junior warned us at checkin). All four of us had been traveling for the previous two weeks, so being able to do laundry for 4 people was high on our list, it took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes during our stay. If you don't need to do laundry during your stay, no issues at all.

This was the perfect apartment for a group of young travellers. It had a great location, close to the metro stop but also on a quieter street which felt secure. There were lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and modern. The staff were really helpful, letting us keep our luggage stored before check in and also after checking out. Couldn’t be more impressed and happy with this apartment, would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights in June 2024, before departing on our cruise. Very clean, well appointed with what you need to enjoy your stay, conveniently located as well. We walked to the Gothic Quarter and took the subway to La Sagrada Familia. Restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. all right there. Mariana was an amazing hostess! She made sure my luggage was safely put inside the apartment when it was delivered after being lost by the airline. Thank you! I would stay here again.

Really clean and spacious apartment. We stayed 4 nights in the superior 3 bedroom apartment (5 people) and we loved it. Short walk distances from Plaça Catalunya. We choice this apartment because of the location and the terrace. The terrace didn’t disappoint. Super market close by and a nice bar next door.
