For more comfort there's air conditioning and heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and iron. The spacious living room includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Our week-long stay at this fantastic hotel apartment was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived to the time of our departure, our experience was filled with pure delight and comfort.Firstly, the location was simply perfect. Nestled in the heart of Barcelona, everything we desired was just a stone's throw away. As for the hotel apartment itself, it was clean and organized. Every inch of the space was spotless, paying attention to even the smallest details. It had a fully equipped kitchen and its high ceiling added a unique touch to the space, enhancing the overall design and making the apartment feel even more luxurious. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extraordinary accommodation experience in this beautiful city.

A spacious well appointed apartment in a residential tree lined street. The sofas and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance you could need. A convenience store just across the road and the main shopping area a 10 min walk away. We had a very happy stay in this apartment. Many thanks
