House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Great location close to great coffee and boutique shopping. It was our first time in Barcelona, and we enjoyed the three bedroom apartment on the second floor. We felt safe and comfortable. Loved everything about it.

This is a fantastic choice. Beautiful apartment in a great location, about 10 min walk from Placa de Catalunya, in a relatively quiet street with several restaurants a block or two away (we highly recommend El Mercat). Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Bathrooms come with good quality soap and shampoo. Would definitely stay there again!

My family and I spent a night in a three-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms worked well. Check-In was a bit rough, but it all resolved fairly quickly. Coffee pods and bottled water are made available for the guests. The location was terrific. We would definitely stay here again.

Departamento muy bien ubicado. Zona muy segura y se puede ir caminando a muchos lugares de interes ( solo a 300/400mts de plaza Catalunia, Paseo de Gracia, etc)los anfitriones responden todo muy rápido y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Realmente muy contenta con la atencion.el departamento tiene ambientes muy amplios, cuartos y camas muy cómodos. Recomendable!

Top location. Top apartment. Top host.You’re close to a lot of major tourist attractions, like 5, 10, 15 mins walking but there are also a lot of hidden gems close by. Apart from that you’ll find a tremendous amount of other things like shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, markets, etc. at basically every step. Top location.The apartment it is very cozy. It has a nice marine vibe. Quite big with everything you need in it. Very clean throughout but I’d like to point out the sheets. The cleanest I’ve seen in a long time. Top apartment.And when it comes to the host, Mariana, she’s the kind of host that explains to you all there is to know about the apartment thoroughly and answers all the questions you have in a friendly manner. Top host.Looking forward booking it again next time we visit Barcelona.
