House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

We recently had a 3 night stay at this lovely Apartment. The management went above and beyond with communication, storing our luggage before check in and ordering cabs for us on our departure morning. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and our unit was very quiet at night. Great location to walk to restaurants, shopping and Sagrada, which was only 20 minutes away.

The location of the apartment is very good. The apartment has nicely been renovated and is quite spacious. The furniture etc is of high quality. It is very neat and clean. I would like to recommend this apartment to all my friends and family wishing to travel and stay to Barcelona.

Home is very beautiful, located in a historical building but very updated, nice tall ceilings and very functional kitchen and laundry, elevator is very spacious, which makes pulling large luggages up so much easier. Home is near all the famous landmarks, quite a few nice restaurants are nearby as well as grocery stores. We were allowed to check in a bit early which was very nice of the owner to do. All amenities work as described. All in all, a great home to call home away from home!

We stayed in a spacious, comfortable, well-maintained apartment. The apartment management was in the same building and very attentive to our needs. The location was on a quiet street with a nice cafe right next door to our building entrance. A few meters past that is a whiskey bar with a 1920's vibe. It seemed that there is a restaurant on every corner, plus Las Ramblas, Barceloneta, the Gothic Quarter were all relatively near. For us, this property was an excellent location for our Barcelona visit.

We had missed our train from Valencia and unfortunately arrived later than we anticipated. Our host was accommodating, and access to the keys was easy. The apartment was luxurious, and we wishes we could stay longer to enjoy the comforts! We had easy access to all of the places we wanted to visit, and local dining was lovely! Thank you!

The BCN Apartments 41 was an ideal and comfortable place for us two friends to stay in, with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was excellent with many shops and restaurants nearby, and we couldn’t have been happier! The staff was very accommodating to our requests. The only small inconvenience was that the temperature of the water in the shower was hard to adjust, and I got hot and cold water intermittently. However, we were very happy to have found this and could not have found a better place.

The appartment is great with very high ceilings, very comfortable and well equipped with household appliances. The location is very central and convenient. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow when you have a big car. We recommand this appartment.

We very much appreciated the 2PM checkin so we could get started on our family getaway. We loved the personalized checkin with Joanna and nice to know they were on site if needed. Great location and loved cafe and LaWiskeria right downstairs.

Very comfortable and spacious appartment with very large rooms with high ceilings. The main bathroom shower glass would not be entirely water tight and the floor would get wet. I would ask that an email alerting check information had been left on the booking.com web site. We were expecting someone to meet us at the Appartment which caused some unnecessary anxiety and loss of time. On the whole a nice Appartment that we would come back to.

This apartment was amazing, lots of space, beautifully decorated, centrally located. Mariana made the check in process so easy and was so welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was spectacular and much needed by Irish people visiting Barcelona in August!! Everything was in walking distance including the port, gothic area and the major shopping areas. Plenty of grocery stores, bars and restaurants within 300 meters. Try the cafe downstairs for your morning coffee. I will definitely be back.

Amazing unit, quiet and beautiful. We loved the tall ceilings and windows and the ability to have coffee on the balcony. Take advantage of the cafe and bakery directly below or stroll in the beautiful alleys of Barcelona.I hope we can use this unit again in the future
