House rules:

  • In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
  • Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
  • No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
  • Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
  • Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
  • On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

Great location with easy access to public transportation! Beautiful, older, apartment with comfortable furniture and beds! Junior was very helpful with logistics and check in/out! Very easy to communicate with him!One small suggestion - add a couple hooks in the bathrooms for towels.

Fabulous spacious and high-ceilinged flat in perfect location for sight seeing as well as relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and washer/dryer worked great for our family of 5. The AC worked great, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were high-end. We also appreciated the safe, particularly after our daughter had a gold chain ripped off her neck in old town. Put it all in the safe folks!

We had an amazing stay at 41 BCN, the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great view. Location was great with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Short walks to the tourist sites. Very quiet area, which is very important to us. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our flight in was very early and they were able to get us checked in as earliest as they can which was much appreciated. They were also able to store our luggages in the meantime. We will definitely book this apartment again when we are in Barcelona.

A well located and spacious flat 10 mins walk from Plaza Catalonia. Well equipped with air con in 2 beds and living space and good windows which keep it quiet. Good check in. Recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Mariana was very accomodating and responsive, and she gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment is well located and the coffee shop at the bottom was great. We literally went there every morning. The ACs worked great, which was a blessing given the hot days and evenings. Would love to come back here next time.
