L’appartement dispose de deux chambres doubles, d’une chambre avec deux lits simples et de deux salles de bain complètes. La cuisine moderne et entièrement équipée comprend un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, une machine à café Nespresso et un lave-linge séchant. Il est également doté de climatisation, chauffage, Wi-Fi gratuit, et coffre-fort.

Règles de la maison:

  • Conformément à l’article 4 du Décret Royal 933/2021, tous les clients séjournant dans des établissements touristiques situés en Catalogne / Barcelone doivent obligatoirement s’enregistrer. Pour faciliter cette démarche, nous mettons à disposition une application permettant à nos hôtes de s’enregistrer avant leur date d’arrivée.
  • La taxe de séjour n’est pas incluse dans le prix : 6,88 € par adulte et par nuit. Veuillez noter que le Conseil municipal de Barcelone augmentera la taxe de séjour à 9,35 € par personne et par nuit à partir du 1er avril 2026.
  • Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Une amende de 100 € sera appliquée en cas d’infraction.
  • Les fêtes et la musique forte après 21h00 sont interdites. Une amende minimale de 150 € sera imposée si la police ou un agent de sécurité doit intervenir en raison de nuisances sonores nocturnes.
  • Le départ doit s’effectuer à l’heure convenue (11h30) le jour du départ. Veuillez laisser les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement sur la table de la salle à manger.
  • Tous les jeux de clés doivent être restitués à la fin du séjour, sous peine d’une facturation minimale de 50 €.
  • À l’arrivée, un dépôt de garantie de 200 € est demandé.

This is a perfect apartment for 2 couples! 2 bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and private bathrooms and a wonderful terrace where we spent a lot of our downtime. We used the 3rd bedroom as our laundry drying room. It worked well for us as we had been traveling for a while without a washer. We enjoyed our first time visit to BCN and if we ever come back we will consider using BCN 41 again. The staff had wonderful attention to detail and answered promptly all my questions and concerns. Thank you for a memorable visit and stay in BCN!

Fantastic apartment, very centrally located, with a short distance to the city center and many of Barcelona's attractions. We (6 adults) enjoyed the large bright rooms, the 2 bathrooms with plenty of hot water and a cozy terrace where the afternoon sun could be enjoyed.Really nice reception by the team, exactly at the agreed time and we also got quick answers to a few questions along the way, even though it was outside opening hours. Only missed the opportunity to dry the wet towels, but it was possible to hang them on the terrace.

We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona at BCN 41. The unit was roomy and comfortable, very clean and we loved the balcony! Our only complaint would have been the noise, which is clearly dependent on who else has rented that week and our upstairs neighbors were a bit loud late into the night. Not BCN’s fault and we didn’t log a complaint during our stay. The location was great with many restaurants, attractions nearby and the cafe down stairs was key for our morning coffee. Suggestions for improvements- Would be nice to have keyless entry option, and the kitchen sink was not great and should be replaced.

Don’t look any further!! This was the best stay out of a 2 1/2 week trip across Portugal and Spain. Very clean, very open, fantastic rooms, kitchen and balcony. This apartment had a great central location to all things Barcelona and the only place on the Iberian peninsula we stayed that had the parking for our rental car on site, for a minimal additional fee. It was also close to the Paral-lel / Mont Juic Metro / Funicular to attend the FC Barcelona game and take in a number of sights from on top of the hill. Walk out the door and next door is one of the best Coffee/Breakfast places in Barcelona (Onia) with the nicest / friendliest English speaking ladies who were so patient with our lack of Catalan. El Mercat restaurant down the street is fantastic & if you hit Casa Batlló you must eat at Mussol (fantastic) across the street. Great Catalonia steaks and cuisine. Miss it already.

It’s not often you find somewhere that’s rated exceptionally well and exceeds the rating. We stayed here for 7 days and loved it. You can walk everywhere, good coffee all around and a supermarket and pharmacy on the corner. The verandah added extra as we could sit out and relax on it. Would love to return .

Great place for anyone but especially 2 couples as the bedrooms are split on two sides. Wonderful deck, a workable kitchen, great host, and perfect location. We stay in MANY VRBO’s and this one is up there with the best. If ever back will for sure stay again.

Very nice 3 bedroom apt. They let us store baggage before room was ready. Was not the one, though, that was described and pictured when I made the reservation. Looked like it should have been one with rooftop terrace. Nice location, many shops and cafes nearby.

We've seen a few Airbnb's in Barcelona, but this is the best one. Mariana is a great host, she tries to take care of everything as soon as possible.
