Il comprend un salon lumineux, deux chambres doubles, une troisième chambre avec lits superposés doubles et deux salles de bain modernes. La cuisine entièrement équipée dispose d’un four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et machine à café Nespresso.

L’appartement est doté de climatisation, chauffage, Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision à écran plat et coffre-fort.

Règles de la maison:

  • Conformément à l’article 4 du Décret Royal 933/2021, tous les clients séjournant dans des établissements touristiques situés en Catalogne / Barcelone doivent obligatoirement s’enregistrer. Pour faciliter cette démarche, nous mettons à disposition une application permettant à nos hôtes de s’enregistrer avant leur date d’arrivée.
  • La taxe de séjour n’est pas incluse dans le prix : 6,88 € par adulte et par nuit. Veuillez noter que le Conseil municipal de Barcelone augmentera la taxe de séjour à 9,35 € par personne et par nuit à partir du 1er avril 2026.
  • Il est interdit de fumer à l’intérieur de l’appartement. Une amende de 100 € sera appliquée en cas d’infraction.
  • Les fêtes et la musique forte après 21h00 sont interdites. Une amende minimale de 150 € sera imposée si la police ou un agent de sécurité doit intervenir en raison de nuisances sonores nocturnes.
  • Le départ doit s’effectuer à l’heure convenue (11h30) le jour du départ. Veuillez laisser les clés à l’intérieur de l’appartement sur la table de la salle à manger.
  • Tous les jeux de clés doivent être restitués à la fin du séjour, sous peine d’une facturation minimale de 50 €.
  • À l’arrivée, un dépôt de garantie de 200 € est demandé.

BNC Apartment 41 was outstanding! We traveled around Europe with another couple for 17 days and stayed at many VRBOs and hotels. This was by far the best place. Wanted to stay longer. The place was so perfect. Clean and remodeled. But had the quant feeling of Barcelona. Beds were comfortable, rooms were large, bathrooms were large and clean. Beautiful patio with space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Location was perfect to anything. We walked back from the beach. Our host was the best of all we had. He took well care of us. He even had a taxi waited for us the morning, to take us to the airport. Such a great place. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks for making our vacation great.

We had such a wonderful stay in Dreta de l’Eixample! From start to finish, everything was effortless. Check-in was seamless — our host even coordinated a taxi from the cruise port so we could skip the long lines. She met us on arrival, helped store our luggage until check-in time, and made us feel right at home.The apartment was perfect for our adult family of four — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were surprisingly large (a rare treat in Europe!) and the beds were cozy after long days exploring. Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need.One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the porch — coffee in hand each morning and a cocktail in the late afternoon, watching the neighborhood come alive. The building felt safe and quiet, there was plenty of hot water, good air conditioning, and thoughtful touches like extra towels, toiletries, and even a welcome guide with local tips.The location couldn’t be better — walkable to great cafes, tapas bars, markets, and just a short stroll to major sights. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It's in a great and safe location—just a short walk from many of the city's top sightseeing spots. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated in recent years and feels modern and comfortable.The real highlight is the balcony—spacious and relaxing, it instantly puts you in vacation mode!The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. Although there's a security deposit processed through their private website, it was refunded promptly after we checked out, with no hassle at all.One of my friends on the trip enjoyed it so much, he’s already planning to come back with his family. That’s how great this place is—we can’t recommend it enough!

I can't thank you enough for meeting us upon our arrival, for allowing us to store luggage until check in time and for your orientation to the apartment and surrounding neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I recommend, however, that the beautiful wood flooring you have be sanded and re-stained. It absolutely didn't affect our wonderful stay but it would bring the apartment up to the standards you seek.

We stayed at BCN apartments in a 3 bedroom flat which was perfect for our family of 4. The flat itself is well appointed though a little ‘tired’ (chipped paint, older furnishings). The location was excellent and staff very accommodating. In terms of value, it was great.

The apartment seemed more spacious in person than the photos suggest. The terrace was perfect for chilling with an espresso in the morning. I don't think the location could be better -- it's within walking distance of almost everything, including metro and rail line stops if you need to travel further. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, but why would you when you're a short walk away from dozens of amazing restaurants in L'Eixample?

This apartment is simply great! Centrally located in a quite street and additionally in a beautiful Building. The apartment is very spacious, has very high ceiling and the beds are super comfortable. Check in was very easy and smooth. Really recommended, I would definitely book this apartment again if I go back to Barcelona.
