Céntrico apartamento con suelos de mármol que cuenta con terraza amueblada, tres dormitorios con camas dobles y dos baños. La cocina está equipada con lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera Nespresso y lavadora-secadora. Este apartamento también dispone de aire acondicionado, calefacción, Wi-Fi gratuito, TV pantalla plana y caja fuerte. Acceso a pisos superiores mediante ascensor.

Proveemos a todos nuestros huéspedes con toallas, ropa de cama, artículos de aseo personal, productos de limpieza y secador de cabello.

El apartamento tiene productos de minibar disponibles por un suplemento adicional de acuerdo a los consumos que se hagan.

Este increíble apartamento está bien situado, rodeado de numerosas tiendas y variados restaurantes, a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza Cataluña y Paseo de Gracia.

Además la propiedad cuenta con estacionamiento para vehículos (según ocupación), disponible por un cargo adicional.

  • Tasa turística no incluida en el precio. 6,88€ adulto/noche.

Le informamos que el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona aumentará los impuestos municipales de 6,88 € persona/noche a 9,35 € persona/noche a partir del 1 de octubre de 2025.

  • No se permite fumar dentro del departamento. Se cobrará una penalización de 100€ en caso de fumar en las zonas interiores.
  • No se permiten fiestas o música a alto volumen después de las 21: 00h. Se cobrará una multa mínima de 150€ si es necesario llamar a la policía o a un guardia de seguridad que vayan al apartamento debido a quejas sobre el ruido a altas horas de la noche.
  • Desaloje el apartamento a la hora acordada (11:30) el día de salida y deje las llaves dentro del apartamento en la mesa del comedor.
  • Devuelva TODOS los juegos de llaves al final del período de alquiler, estará sujeto a un cargo mínimo de 50€ si no lo hace.
  • A la llegada se solicita una fianza de 200€.

We were a party of 6 staying for one night on our way back from Andorra. I wish it could have been longer. The apartment was wonderfully spacious with everything one could require for a city break. Particularly, it was really central but wonderfully quiet and private. I could not recommend it more.

We loved the location for flexibility between Las Ramblas and Sagrada Familia. The coffee houses and restaurants that were steps away were wonderful. We met others in the building who also raved about their apartments. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to refrigerate and heat our treats from La Boqueria. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look you up when we come back to Barcelona.

We traveled to Barcelona, five girls, to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The apartment was great, lots of space, full kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. Professional management! Wish we could have stayed more.

Our family stayed with BCN Apartments 41 on our recent trip to Barcelona. The apartment we had suited our needs perfectly. The location was amazing. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well-appointed and exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed from the dishes, glassware and cutlery to the coffee machine and dishwasher. Our family group consisted of 6 adults so we loved all the space the apartment provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace! Everything was handled very efficiently from the booking process through to our arrival. Our host greeted us and was very helpful. We really appreciated his excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby. Our stay in Barcelona with BCN Apartments 41 could not have been any better. Thank you so much!

Excellent property and location, would recommend it to any future guest looking for a property to stay in. The hosts were great, very accommodating and helpful. One bad hit, the washer/dryer was disappointing. The all in one unit did not work well for the dryer function (Junior warned us at checkin). All four of us had been traveling for the previous two weeks, so being able to do laundry for 4 people was high on our list, it took forever to wash and hang dry our clothes during our stay. If you don't need to do laundry during your stay, no issues at all.

Tout s’est très bien passé, de l’arrivée au départ. Hôte agréable disponible, l’appartement est luxueux et bien situé dans Barcelone. À un peu plus d’un km pour la Sagrada et 600 mètres de la place Catalunya.

This was the perfect apartment for a group of young travellers. It had a great location, close to the metro stop but also on a quieter street which felt secure. There were lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and modern. The staff were really helpful, letting us keep our luggage stored before check in and also after checking out. Couldn’t be more impressed and happy with this apartment, would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights in June 2024, before departing on our cruise. Very clean, well appointed with what you need to enjoy your stay, conveniently located as well. We walked to the Gothic Quarter and took the subway to La Sagrada Familia. Restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. all right there. Mariana was an amazing hostess! She made sure my luggage was safely put inside the apartment when it was delivered after being lost by the airline. Thank you! I would stay here again.

Really clean and spacious apartment. We stayed 4 nights in the superior 3 bedroom apartment (5 people) and we loved it. Short walk distances from Plaça Catalunya. We choice this apartment because of the location and the terrace. The terrace didn’t disappoint. Super market close by and a nice bar next door.

Huge apartment, great location, quiet street. We travelled as family of 2 adults, 2 children and 2 grandparents. We all had fantastic time and the apartment was perfect for us. Staff met us there 1pm for check in. Fantastic service x
